In the food history of the 20th-century, I focus my research mainly on two themes: the Dutch-Indonesian kitchen and food in the Second World War. These very interesting stories are on stage on these pages. They deserve to bring them to attention. They are very inspiring for a modern, varied, healthy and tasty diet. In addition, we occasionally cook beautiful classic dishes and explain their origins.
