Processing and storage of personal data
Here you can find an overview of the data we process, why we do this and how long we will keep this data. We have obtained the following information from you as a customer, because you have provided us with this information.

Newsletter
We use MailChimp for the monthly newsletter. This is a mail program with which we share news, information about our activities and historical recipes with all subscribers. Permission is requested to subscribe to the newsletter. We do not store your data longer than you are registered for our newsletter. Enrolled persons can unsubscribe at any time or request it via manon@eat-history.com.

For registration, only your email address is requested and optionally your name. This information is necessary to send you the newsletter. We don’t share your data with others, except with the processor MailChimp for the correct execution of the sending of the newsletter. We have entered into a processing agreement with MailChimp.

Website
To enable us to post comments to our posts or reviews about our services, we process your name, email, and message content. This information is automatically visible when you post your message. We keep this information until you delete your response or we delete our message.

Webshop
We process your name, delivery address, billing address, e-mail, telephone number and payment method for the management of orders in our webshop. Without this information we cannot deliver our products to you.
