I search for historical recipes and try to bring them back to life, visit producers of forgotten production methods and ingredients to bring them to the attention, search for culinary heritage at home and abroad to put this on the map and engage with experts, producers and other passionate creators to increase knowledge about culinary history. In addition, I share my knowledge by volunteering in all kinds of projects and by answering the endless stream of emails that plop in my mailbox every day.
