I offer you the recipes and articles on this website for free. For this I invest a lot of time in research and experiments. I search for historical recipes and try to bring them back to life. I visit producers of forgotten production methods and ingredients to draw attention to them. I search for culinary heritage at home and abroad to put this on the map. And I engage with experts, producers and other passionate creators to increase knowledge about culinary history.
In addition, I share my knowledge by volunteering in all kinds of projects and by answering the endless stream of emails that flood my mailbox every day.
